Markets
Selected Markets. Selected Projects.
Palmerion operates selectively in markets where institutional access, trusted local relationships and transaction quality allow us to create a genuine project-development advantage.
We operate where access can become execution.
We do not select markets simply for their size or headline growth. We focus on jurisdictions where we can engage with sufficient depth to originate, assess and develop individual strategic projects.
That requires trusted relationships with project owners, public institutions, local businesses and the counterparties necessary to move a project from opportunity to execution.
Palmerion combines this local project access with industrial and operating expertise, commercial validation, structured risk mitigation and international capital. The objective is not broad market coverage, but the disciplined development of individual projects that can meet professional investment standards.

Where Complexity Creates Opportunity
Palmerion has particular experience in situations where strong underlying opportunities meet more complex investment environments – including emerging markets, reconstruction environments and other special situations.
In these markets, the principal challenge is often not the availability of capital itself. It is the gap between an attractive opportunity and a project that has been sufficiently validated, structured and de-risked for professional investment.
Palmerion works to close that gap by combining institutional access, industrial expertise, commercial validation, appropriate risk allocation and international financing.
Selected Markets
Markets where our model is selectively applied.
Côte d'Ivoire
Core Market · West Africa
Côte d'Ivoire is Palmerion's core market in West Africa and a natural base for strategic infrastructure, industrial and investment projects with both domestic and regional relevance.
Palmerion's long-standing institutional relationships and local market experience allow us to engage early with public and private project owners – often before a project has reached the stage at which conventional international capital would become involved.
Our focus is on projects where local opportunity can be combined with experienced industrial or operating partners, robust commercial structures and international financing. Where appropriate, projects are considered not only against demand in Côte d'Ivoire itself, but also within the wider West African economic market and regional value chains.
Strategic infrastructure and industrial opportunities combining local project access, industrial expertise and international capital – with Côte d'Ivoire as a platform for selected regional opportunities in West Africa.
Ukraine
Selected Projects
Ukraine presents a different project environment: substantial reconstruction and investment needs combined with heightened execution, financing and country risks.
Palmerion engages selectively where a project can be supported by credible industrial partners and where development finance, guarantees, export finance, political- or war-risk mitigation and other risk-sharing instruments can materially improve investability.
The objective is to build a project structure in which commercial viability, execution capability and risk allocation are sufficiently robust for international financing partners to assess the opportunity on professional terms.

Colombia
Example · Latin America
Colombia illustrates the potential application of the Palmerion model beyond its current core markets.
Selected opportunities may arise where infrastructure, industrial development or strategic resource-related projects can be combined with credible local counterparties, experienced operating partners and appropriate international financing.
Any engagement follows the same disciplined principle: Palmerion enters only where relationships, project quality and access to the relevant industrial and institutional partners create a genuine basis for value creation.
Beyond the Core Markets
Côte d'Ivoire, Ukraine and Colombia illustrate different applications of the Palmerion model; they do not define a fixed geographic boundary.
Further African markets are of particular strategic interest where infrastructure demand, industrial transformation and regional growth can be combined with strong local counterparties and international industrial expertise.
Expansion remains project-led rather than geography-led. Palmerion enters a market only where access, counterparties, operating expertise and transaction quality create a credible basis for developing an investable project.

Capital structuring follows project validation.
Depending on the project, the financing architecture may combine private equity and debt with development finance, export finance, guarantees, political-risk or war-risk cover and other public or multilateral risk-sharing instruments.
The appropriate capital structure is developed around the requirements and risk profile of the validated project – not the other way around.
